Every day for 90 days, you’ll receive one simple incomplete sentence by email. This is called a sentence stem.

Spend just 5 minutes completing the stem and writing whatever comes to mind.

Unlike a question that asks you to come up with an answer, a sentence stem gives your mind somewhere to start, while leaving you free to discover where your thoughts take you.

Some stems are thoughtful. Some are lighter. Some may surprise you. Over time, they can help you notice patterns, beliefs, memories, strengths, wants and feelings that are easy to overlook in everyday life.

You don’t have to complete every one. If you miss a day, simply skip it and start again with the next stem.
